Ingredients: (Conversion Chart)

  • 3 cups shredded cabbage
  • ¼ cup chopped celery
  • ¼ cup chopped green pepper
  • 1 small carrot, sliced
  • ½ cup mayonnaise
  • ¼ cup chopped green onions
  • 1 teaspoon white wine vinegar
  • ¼ teaspoon sugar
  • salt and pepper to taste

Directions:

  1. In a large bowl, combine cabbage, celery, green pepper, and carrot and toss well.
  2. In a small bowl, whisk the mayonnaise, onion, vinegar, sugar, salt, and pepper.
  3. Pour dressing over cabbage mixture and stir to coat.
