- 3 cups shredded cabbage
- ¼ cup chopped celery
- ¼ cup chopped green pepper
- 1 small carrot, sliced
- ½ cup mayonnaise
- ¼ cup chopped green onions
- 1 teaspoon white wine vinegar
- ¼ teaspoon sugar
- salt and pepper to taste
Directions:
- In a large bowl, combine cabbage, celery, green pepper, and carrot and toss well.
- In a small bowl, whisk the mayonnaise, onion, vinegar, sugar, salt, and pepper.
- Pour dressing over cabbage mixture and stir to coat.
