Steamed Cauliflower
- ¼ teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
- 3 tablespoons fresh dill, chopped
- 3 tablespoons freshly squeezed lemon juice
- 1 head cauliflower
- 3 cups water
Directions:
- In a large pan bring water to a boil. Add cauliflower, lemon juice, dill and pepper. Cover, reduce heat and steam for 25 minutes.
