5. Triangle

Stand with your feet wide apart, keeping your knees slightly bent. Extend your arms out to the sides, palms facing down.
Turn your feet to the right, exhale and bend from the hip over to the right side, keeping your knees straight. Bring your right hand to your ankle and lift your left arm toward the ceiling, keeping shoulders aligned and your gaze upward. Hold and breathe.
Inhale, and return to start. Repeat on the opposite side.
