Sautéed Swiss Chard
- 1 tablespoon unsalted butter
- 1 tablespoon minced shallot
- 1 bunch Swiss chard, stems removed
- ¼ teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon freshly ground pepper
Directions:
- In a skillet, melt butter over medium-high heat. Add shallot and cook, stirring, until softened, about 30 seconds.
- Stir in chard, salt, and pepper. Cover and cook, stirring occasionally, until chard is tender, about 5 minutes.
